Обязанности

  • Overall responsibility for achieving or exceeding the sales volume/revenue goals targets in the respective region to ensure achievement of company’s business objectives and strategy and control/monitor the sales budget to ensure optimum allocation of resources to business of the company;
  • Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team;
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team;
  • Promoting new products and any special deals;
  • Assist in managing quarterly/annual sales budgets and objectives within your region;
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team;
  • Provide feedback to management from key retails and distributor customers

Требования

  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in FMCG products;
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills;
  • Good communication & mature attitude on problem solving skills;
  • Good business sense and a professional manner;
  • Negotiation skills with leadership skills to motivate and drive the team;
  • Excellent analytical skills;
  • Computer literate in MS Office;
  • Language requirements: English, Russian
