Middle/Senior Scala

The client is a global cruise company, that offers itineraries to nearly 500 destinations worldwide. In addition to the cruise, the company offers supplementary booking of hotels and flights.

The project’s goal is to replace the current flights booking solution with a modern one, updating the technology base and UX. DataArt is a key technology partner for the project and is going to work in close collaboration with the client to achieve business objectives. The elaboration phase of the project will be started as soon as the team is formed.

Akka, Play/Scala, Kafka, Vue, MySQL DB, Microservices, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

• 3+ years of experience working with Scala
• Hands-on experience working with Akka HTTP, ScalaTest
• Experience with Kafka, Vue frameworks
• Hands-on experience with MySQL DB
• Experience with Kubernetes, OpenShift
• Experience working with Docker
• Knowledge of Git
• Experience working with network security
• Experience with agile methodologies
