Antal Uzbekistan presents the Job Market Overview & Salary Survey 2025–2026
On 23 October, Antal Uzbekistan held the official presentation of its new Job Market Overview & Salary Survey 2025–2026 in Tashkent.
The study gathered insights from 1,318 respondents — professionals, managers, and executives working in Tashkent, Samarkand, and other regions across the country. The results reflect real market expectations, employer priorities, and the latest workforce trends in Uzbekistan.
Key findings include:
— Every second professional secures a new job in less than three months.
— 56% of respondents reported a salary increase over the past year, with most companies maintaining a moderate indexation level of 10–20%.
— Over 70% received annual bonuses, and 81% confirmed their total income is fully official — a clear sign of a more transparent and mature market.
— 74% of professionals actively use artificial intelligence tools at work — almost double the figure from the previous year.
— One in three companies has already implemented structured learning and employee well-being programmes.
The Uzbek labour market is entering a phase of transformation: employers are striving to balance retention and development, while employees increasingly value flexibility, growth opportunities, and meaningful work conditions.
Marat Zalalov, Head of Antal Uzbekistan:
“Competition for talent is becoming more intense. We see companies shifting from a ‘hire faster’ mindset towards a ‘develop and retain’ approach. Antal Uzbekistan continues to research these trends systematically, helping businesses make data-driven strategic decisions.”
